The main objective was to enhance the purchasing and offering experience through an application, both for frequent users or theater customers and new ones. The goal was to ensure that browsing the offerings would be pleasant and superior to the current website experience.
Design Process
A Discovery process and a site audit were conducted to identify users' pain points and any inconsistencies. The business model and current purchasing behavior of users were analyzed. Additionally, benchmarking was performed to evaluate the best alternatives, and wireframes were created to outline the initial ideas.
Design system and components
I focused primarily on building a design system, including all variations and detailed documentation for each use case, as well as guidelines on how to work with them correctly.
Testing and versions
We conducted several tests with functional prototypes for both users and theater stakeholders. We iterated and improved until achieving an ideal result for the users.
Result
An incredible interface was achieved, featuring embedded videos for each event to enhance the user purchasing experience, fully optimized navigation, multiple options, and efficient management of purchased tickets. The stakeholders' reaction was very positive, and expectations were successfully met.
