Nubox Pyme App

I worked on the creation of their product 'Nubox Pyme,' an invoicing tool that allows you to track your business performance, issued invoices, outstanding debts, and other functions. There was a plan according to each user's needs. In this case, we focused on the 'payment gateway,' which had integration with 'Mercado Pago.' The design was fully responsive.

From discoveries, research, and investigations to usability testing with external and internal users. Then, the construction of flows + scenarios with error cases was carried out. There was also collaborative work with the development team, PMs, and Product Specialists. It was a lengthy process with many iterations and checkpoint reviews per sprint with stakeholders and managers.

Customers of Nubox who used other products were interviewed. On this occasion, the new proposals for Nubox Pyme were being tested.

We worked on a complete design system, with components designed using 'atomic design' for greater ease in implementing designs more quickly + with detailed usability guidelines in each.

While the tool was initially aimed at users of PCs and laptops, we soon migrated to mobile options.

The official product launch took place in Chile in 2023. According to reports from the managers, very good KPI results were achieved in the first months of operation. Work continued on implementing new functionalities until mid that year.
