I came on as the sole growth support for an early-stage Bay Area startup with no playbook, no systems, and no partnerships in place. Just a founder and an idea. In six weeks at ten hours a week I built the entire growth operation from scratch. That meant segmenting outreach across seven partner types, writing a full DM and email template bank, creating a brand voice guide so messaging stayed consistent no matter who was sending it, and building an event concepts and collab playbook with proposals ready to go.
The results spoke for themselves. Two confirmed gym partnerships. Two fitness influencer partnerships in motion. Four run clubs and social clubs confirmed or in active conversation. Fifteen publications pitched across outdoor, fitness, and lifestyle categories.
This wasn't a contractor gig. I moved like a founding team member, building infrastructure that could run without me and turning scrappy early-stage energy into something credible enough to actually convert.
