ClickUp Ops System & SOP Library Rebuild

I inherited a ClickUp system that was a mess after a team transition. No clear structure, no documentation, just whatever was left behind. So I started from the ground up.

I audited the entire setup, then rebuilt the workspace into something that actually made sense. Task hierarchies, workflows, recurring structures, all redesigned to support async work and real delegation instead of constant check-ins. At the same time I rewrote every core SOP and recorded Loom walkthroughs for each one, so the team had both written and visual documentation for how work actually moves through the system.

The result was a leaner, more intuitive environment with significantly less manual task management and leadership finally out of the operational weeds. The team can focus on execution, onboarding, and growth now, without depending on one person to explain how anything works.
