The project focused on translating complex industry knowledge into a calm, clarity-first experience for early-stage and exploratory users, while intentionally protecting the positioning and value of higher-touch programs.
Scope included offer positioning, curriculum architecture, sales page copy, visual direction, live-event frameworks, onboarding flows, and backend automations. The program was designed to function as a standalone educational experience while also supporting sustainable growth across a broader portfolio of education products.
This launch required balancing accessibility with strategic restraint—ensuring new users gained meaningful context and confidence without overwhelming them or cannibalizing advanced offerings.
