Strategic Launch of Foundational Learning Program

After two years managing operations for an online education business, I started noticing a pattern. Students were falling off mid-program, not from lack of interest, but from overwhelm. The material was meeting them beyond where they actually were.
So we built something new. I led the end-to-end strategy and launch of a foundational program designed to meet students at the beginning, give them real context and confidence, and set them up to move forward when they were actually ready. Not before.
Scope covered everything. Offer positioning, curriculum architecture, sales page copy, visual direction, live event frameworks, onboarding flows, backend automations, all of it. The program needed to work as a complete standalone experience while still feeding the broader ecosystem, which meant figuring out exactly what to include and what to leave out so it never competed with the advanced programs.
The result was a program that solved the drop-off problem directly and gave the founder a system she could run on her own for every future cohort. This is the kind of work I love most. Seeing a problem before it becomes a crisis, then building the thing that fixes it.
