When I started this project the client's entire business was living across 50-plus spreadsheets. No single source of truth, no clear picture of where any relationship actually stood. Just scattered information everywhere.
I built a centralized CRM in Monday.com from the ground up, designed to track the full progression of every client relationship. Early stewardship, exhibit attendance, postcard campaign participation, all the way through to work received. For the first time the team could look at one place and know exactly where things stood and what needed to happen next.
I also built a dedicated Email Marketing view inside the same system, so campaign planning, outreach tracking, and content coordination lived right alongside the pipeline instead of somewhere else entirely. The whole setup was built around visibility, collaboration, and simple automation using Monday's native tools, nothing overcomplicated, just a system that actually works the way the team does.
