This project showcases a custom CRM system I built in Monday to help track client relationships and streamline task flow.
Originally, the information lived across more than 50 separate spreadsheets. The goal of this build was to create a centralized, organized hub that reflects the full progression of client engagement — from early stewardship, exhibit attendance, and postcard campaign participation, all the way to “Work Received.” This structure allows the team to clearly understand where each relationship stands and what actions are needed next.
In addition to pipeline tracking, the CRM includes a dedicated Email Marketing view to support campaign planning, outreach tracking, and content coordination. The setup prioritizes visibility, collaboration, and simplified automation using Monday’s built-in tools.
