This project reflects a full rebuild of a client’s ClickUp operations system following a transition from a previous ops team.
I audited the existing setup, then restructured the entire workspace to create a clearer, more scalable foundation for day-to-day operations. This included redesigning task hierarchies, workflows, and recurring structures so the system supported async work, visibility across roles, and long-term delegation.
In parallel, I rewrote all core SOPs and workflows and recorded accompanying Loom walkthroughs, giving the team clear written and visual documentation for how work actually moves through the system. The result was a more intuitive ClickUp environment, reduced manual task management, and significantly less operational friction for both leadership and support roles.
The rebuilt system now allows the team to focus on execution, onboarding, and scale — without relying on tribal knowledge or constant clarification.
