This project features a recurring task management system I built in ClickUp to organize daily, weekly, and monthly workflows for a client’s internal operations. The goal was to create a clear, repeatable structure that supports async work, visibility across roles, and long-term delegation.
The layout is designed for easy navigation and includes custom fields, labels, and recurring logic to reduce manual tracking. It allows the team to focus on execution, knowing their workflow is already built and aligned with priorities.
