I worked across different B2B product experiences, from CRM dashboards to calendars and collaboration tools.
The goal was consistent throughout: make important information easy to understand and even easier to act on.
I focused heavily on hierarchy, information architecture, interaction patterns, and creating interfaces that feel natural rather than overly designed.

Turning CRM data into clear next steps

For the pipeline experience, the challenge was dealing with a lot of information without making the interface feel overwhelming.
Pipeline value, account stages, win rates, sales cycles, account health, and next steps were brought together into a single experience.
The design puts the most important information first, helping users quickly answer:
What needs my attention right now?

Making complex dashboards feel simple

Dashboards can easily become a collection of charts and numbers.
I approached them as decision-making tools instead.
Clear KPI cards, focused data visualizations, priority accounts, recent activity, and daily actions work together to give users context without forcing them to dig through the interface.
The visual system stays intentionally clean so the data remains the hero.

Designing the product around real workflows

The work expanded beyond dashboards into calendars, communication, activity, and collaboration.
Instead of treating each screen as a separate product, I kept the same UX principles across every experience:
Clear hierarchy. Simple navigation. Consistent components. Useful context.
Everything was designed in Figma, with reusable patterns that could scale across different product areas.

Product design that feels good to use

This project was ultimately about one thing: making complicated products feel straightforward.
From CRM workflows and data-heavy dashboards to calendars and team communication, every screen was designed to help users understand what is happening and decide what to do next.
If you're building a SaaS product, dashboard, CRM, or digital product and need thoughtful product design from UX to polished UI, let's work together.
