In a one-week sprint, I worked directly with the founder to clarify positioning, identify the right ICPs, outline the go-to-market motion, and develop high-impact messaging and content themes.
We focused on foundational clarity — what they were selling, to whom, and why it matters — and paired it with quick wins to build visibility and momentum. From Notion frameworks to Slack-ready copy blocks, every deliverable was designed for immediate post-sprint execution.
Outcome: This Strategy Sprint led directly to a high-impact product launch announcement, refreshed website copy, and three months of strategic content.
