Freshdesk Knowledge Base Implementation
As the sole Technical Writer for a prior employer, I spearheaded the migration of client-facing training materials from an internal repository to their newly designed knowledge base portal hosted via Freshdesk. Below are screenshots of the final product.

Client can easily locate the most up to date product releases and help articles via the recent articles section of the knowledge base homepage.
The knowledge base's customer support functionality is integrated with the portal so that clients can submit tickets from knowledge base homepage.
