Workshop Inventory Formatting — Fictional Sample

Document formatting demonstration: workshop inventory
Self-created demonstration — fictional data.
I prepared a deliberately inconsistent one-page inventory note and a clean, structured version using the same text and numbers. This sample shows consistent headings, spacing, margins, and a four-row inventory table.
The source and formatted PDFs each contain one page. Extracted text from both PDFs and the editable Word document matches the source after normalizing whitespace. All quantities and the row order were preserved.
Deliverables prepared: source PDF, formatted PDF, editable DOCX, and the before-and-after preview shown here. The preview shows the actual PDF pages. This is a practice example, with no client or patient information.

Self-created demonstration: clearer headings and a structured inventory table, with the original wording and quantities preserved. Entirely fictional data.
