Objective: Reduction of CPA
What was done: Active in 24 countries the campaign structure followed a single campaign multi country approach. We set out to construct 72 campaigns one for each country across 3 criteria (Hot, Warm, Cold), the customizations went as far as local currency pricing, country specific keyword research and ad group setups, geo specific bidding limits, right down to country specific landing pages & much more. This was an expedited assignment that required immediate outcomes, as a result this transition was completed in 60 days.
Results: CPA reduction came in at 40% by the end of this assignment whilst an increase of 15% sales was experienced by the client.
