Objective: Improve Conversion Rate

What was done: Deep dive on post click behavior to determine drop offs and assess areas of improvement. As a result the website was migrated from an unoptimized custom WP build to Shopify, improving speed, consistency across the website & migrating to a single screen checkout reducing product page to checkout user droppages significantly. On the paid media front feed optimizations, campaign breadth was increased to address skin care, fragrances, cosmetics & hair care separately as opposed to a one to all campaign structure. Advanced segmentation was carried out on both Meta & Google to address each category separately with bespoke copywriting & creatives to drive higher relevance.

Results: UI/UX improvements led to a significant reduction in bounce rates by over 52% & time on site increased by 181% alongwith growth in pages per session by 145%. This resulted in a conversion rate improvement of 2.8x with a Sales increase QoQ 7x at a ROAS of 5.
