Blue Ridge faced customer dissatisfaction due to the inability to swiftly and effectively manage accounts via their limited website. Recognizing the need to augment customer engagement, remain market competitive, and deliver enhanced value, they sought a robust solution to these pervasive issues.
My Role
As the UI/UX Designer and Art Director, I spearheaded the creation of an exceptional customer journey. I managed the comprehensive design process, including crafting user flows, building interactive prototypes, conducting UX research, and delivering assets for development. My focus was on ensuring the mobile app's goals and objectives aligned seamlessly across all teams. I was intimately involved from the discovery phase through to the successful launch on both iOS and Android platforms. My commitment was to excellence in every detail, culminating in a superior user experience.
The Solution
Our solution was a meticulously designed mobile app, empowering customers to effortlessly manage their accounts, make payments, order Pay-Per-View, and upgrade services directly from their phones. This strategic move was more than a digital upgrade; it signified a transformative leap for the entire business, revolutionizing the way Blue Ridge interacts with and serves its customers. The app was envisioned as a gateway to convenience, efficiency, and enhanced digital operations.

The convenience it offers—enabling users to manage payments, upgrade services, and access Pay-Per-View effortlessly—has significantly enhanced customer satisfaction. This solution has not just met but exceeded expectations, simplifying digital interaction and bringing services right to the users' fingertips.
