Introduction
In this case study, we will explore how my client, a SAAS company operating in the fitness and wellness niche selling B2B Software, successfully achieved their goal of generating leads within a three-month period.
Objective:
The primary objective of our client was to generate high-quality leads within the male and female target audience segments.
The goal was to attract 800-900 leads during the campaign period from October 1st, 2021 to December 31st, 2021 with allocated budget of £25,000 for this campaign.
Strategy:
To achieve the desired results, a comprehensive strategy was implemented.
Here are some of the key components:
1. Keyword Research:
Extensive keyword research was conducted to identify relevant search terms used by people interested in fitness and wellness SAAS solutions.
This allowed for precise targeting and ensured that ads were shown to users actively seeking such solutions.
2. Ad Creation:
Compelling ad copy highlighting unique selling points and benefits of the SAAS solution was crafted.
I aimed at creating engaging ads that would drive clicks and conversions.
3. Targeting:

4. Geo-Targeting:

5. Conversion Tracking:
A robust conversion tracking system was implemented to monitor user interactions across different touch-points such as website visits, sign-ups, and form submissions.
This data was valuable in optimizing campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
Results:
The partnership between the SAAS company and the Google Ads Specialist (me) yielded significant results within the given campaign period.

Thanks to the strategic efforts put into place, a total of 894 leads were generated during the three-month campaign period, surpassing the target range set by our client.
2. Cost Per Lead (CPL):
With a campaign budget of £25,000, the overall cost per lead was calculated at £27.96. This indicates efficient budget allocation and effective targeting to attract potential customers at an optimized cost.
3. Conversion Rate:
The conversion rate achieved during this campaign was 12%, indicating a strong appeal of the SAAS solution among the target audience.
Conclusion:
By outsourcing their pay-per-click advertising efforts to a Google Ads expert, my client in the fitness and wellness SAAS niche achieved remarkable success in lead generation.
