Incari Studio — a node-based tool for building HMIs

Incari Studio is a node-based platform for building interfaces that ship on real hardware — car dashboards, appliance touchscreens, medical equipment controls. You wire logic together in a graph instead of writing code, mix 2D and 3D, and connect it to live data over CAN, MQTT or HTTP.

I redesigned it: the research, a control set of our own, 371 icons, and one design system across ~40 editor views. It shipped module by module over a year rather than as a relaunch.
