Incari Studio's transition editor, running. I designed it in 2022 and built it as a working prototype with Claude, so the design can be judged by how it behaves.
Keyframes stretch and move, groups grow to fit their properties, and easing is set per property: a preset, a hand-shaped curve, or exact values.
