One control taken apart. Every control in Incari Studio uses the same four layers — module background, background stroke, background fill, content.
The four layers pulled apart, with the state values beside them
States are a few values applied to that stack: hover raises the stroke to 15% opacity, active adds the fill at 15%, disabled drops the content to 50% and leaves the rest alone.
Defined that way, a state transfers to anything built the same way — a tree item, a toggle, an input, or something not designed yet. Nobody has to invent what "disabled" means for a new component.
Part of the system I built behind ~40 editor views.
