Hospital managers have to keep care teams trained, compliant, and properly staffed, often all in the same shift. With the iPhone Duo's wider canvas, we placed team training and live staffing side by side so nothing slips through the cracks.

Left panel: keeping care teams ready. Clinical Skills and Compliance tabs with active training modules like Sepsis Response, Med Safety, and HIPAA Refresh, each showing the assigned team, CEU credits, duration, and completion progress.

Right panel: My Shift Tasks. Real-time staffing gaps across RN hours, units, open shifts, float pool, and credentials, plus a Workforce Readiness view tracking float coverage, overtime risk, ready pool, and expiring certifications.

The interface stays light and calm to balance the high-pressure environment it serves. Soft teal and blue accents highlight what needs attention, while clear cards and progress bars make complex staffing data easy to scan between rounds. A slim side rail keeps navigation within thumb reach.
