Problem: Users do not have an effective way to browse all items from the RM brand and to learn about the company.
About: Royal Mirage Parfums is an international beauty and personal care company specializing in fragrances, perfumed body sprays, talcum powders and more. We aim to redesign the outdated website to reflect the current standing of the brand and its products.
My Role: I facilitated research, interviews, usability testing, and designed a comprehensive website that aims to provide customers with easy access to the products of TWO beauty and personal care brands.
End Result: A completed website that allows users to seamlessly navigate and browse items, learn more about the brand story, understand the brand identity and be a part of our community!
How I reduced cognitive load: I’ve reduced cognitive load for my users by utilizing the acquired information from user feedback, reviews and historical data.
