Since I'm responsible for the user experience, I try to handle as many touchpoints as possible — meaning I don't only focus on digital products and also like to keep in touch with our physical services and processes. Since I can work from many different spaces, I'm lucky to always be close to some of our users ! As a team of less than 10 people dedicated to these products, we can move fast. We ideate together, prioritize and prototype features and flows in figma before implementing them within webflow, our app, or even in our spaces ! This lets us learn fast, and iterate quickly. As we typically work in 2 weeks sprints, I finish my designs 1 sprint before our engineering team, but always try to stay with them as much as possible to ensure proper communication and realism in our builds.
