About the Project

As the Digital Marketing Executive at DigitSense, a reputable digital transformation agency with operations in Hong Kong and the UK, I held the critical responsibility of serving as the digital brand gatekeeper. My role involved ensuring consistent brand equity and maintaining a strong brand presence across all touchpoints.

Project Overview:

In my role, I spearheaded various initiatives to drive DigitSense's digital marketing success. Here are the key areas where I made significant contributions:

  • Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter): I developed and executed strategic social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. This involved creating engaging and targeted content, managing social media accounts, and fostering meaningful engagement with the audience.
  • Outreach and client communication (Apollo): I leveraged Apollo, a powerful CRM tool, to manage client communication and outreach efforts effectively. Through consistent and personalized communication, I nurtured strong business relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting the agency's services.
  • Content Research and Monthly Social Media Calendar Management: To deliver compelling and relevant content, I conducted thorough research on industry trends, market insights, and audience preferences. This research informed the development of a comprehensive monthly social media calendar, guiding content creation and scheduling.
  • Blog Copywriting and Management for Internal Website: I took charge of creating and managing blog content for DigitSense's internal website. This involved producing engaging and informative articles, optimizing them for SEO, and maintaining a consistent publishing schedule to attract and engage readers.
  • Email marketing: I designed and executed targeted email marketing campaigns to reach the agency's audience. This included crafting engaging email copy, creating visually appealing templates, and tracking campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Website revamp: I played a pivotal role in revamping DigitSense's website, overseeing the graphics, icons, and animations. By ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly website, I enhanced the agency's online presence and user experience.
  • Marketing Analytics (SEMrush): I utilized the powerful marketing analytics tool SEMrush to track and analyze digital marketing data. This allowed me to gain valuable insights into campaign performance, audience behavior, and competitor analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of digital strategies.
  • Video Editing and Animation (After Effects and Premiere Pro): I employed my video editing and animation skills using industry-standard tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro. This allowed me to create visually captivating videos for various marketing channels, enhancing brand storytelling and engagement.



Results and Achievements:

As the lead digital marketing executive, I successfully managed and led all digital marketing channels for both in-house and client projects. By enhancing digital marketing strategies, executing impactful marketing campaigns, and creating engaging social media content, I contributed to the agency's growth and success. Additionally, by tracking and analyzing marketing data analytics, I continuously refined digital strategies to drive better results and optimize ROI.
