About the Project

In my role as a digital marketing executive at a leading Digital Marketing agency, I had the privilege of serving as the social media manager for an intimate feminine skincare client. Throughout the project, I took on various responsibilities to ensure an effective and engaging social media presence for the brand. This included preliminary market research, creating a comprehensive branding identity kit, developing a monthly content calendar, copywriting and content creation, social media management, photography, and video creation.

Project Overview 

Preliminary Market Research: To lay a strong foundation for the client's social media strategy, I conducted thorough market research to understand the target audience, industry trends, and competitor landscape. This research provided valuable insights that shaped the brand's messaging and content direction.
Branding Identity Kit: Recognizing the importance of a cohesive and visually appealing brand presence, I developed a comprehensive branding identity kit for the intimate feminine skincare client. This included defining the brand's visual elements, such as color palette, typography, and imagery style, ensuring consistent and recognizable brand representation across social media platforms.
Creation of monthly content calendar: To maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence, I curated and developed a monthly content calendar. This involved strategically planning and scheduling social media posts, aligning them with the client's brand voice, and incorporating industry-specific trends and relevant themes.
Copywriting and Content Creation: With a keen eye for compelling storytelling, I undertook the responsibility of crafting captivating copy for social media posts, captions, and hashtags. I also created original and engaging content, such as blog articles, infographics, and visual assets, to further enhance the brand's online presence and provide value to the target audience.
Social Media management: As the social media manager, I handled day-to-day operations and community management across various social media platforms. This involved monitoring comments, responding to inquiries, and fostering meaningful engagement with the audience. I also implemented social media advertising campaigns to amplify reach and drive targeted traffic to the client's website.
Photography and Video Creation: To visually showcase the client's products and create a captivating social media feed, I coordinated product photoshoots and captured high-quality imagery. Additionally, I leveraged my video creation skills to produce engaging and informative video content that resonated with the target audience.
Through my role as a social media manager, I successfully contributed to the growth and online presence of the intimate feminine skincare client. By implementing a well-rounded social media strategy, including captivating content creation, strategic scheduling, and fostering audience engagement, I helped drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and establish a strong digital footprint.
