About the Project:

I had the honor of serving as the project lead for the Leadership Matters Podcast. The podcast aimed to engage in meaningful conversations with exceptional leaders, CEOs, and managers, exploring their unique approaches to leadership and sharing valuable insights with the audience.

Project Overview:

• Copywriting, Content Research, and Content Creation: I took charge of crafting compelling copy for podcast episodes, show notes, promotional materials, and guest introductions. Extensive content research was conducted to ensure high-quality and informative discussions, providing valuable takeaways for the podcast's audience.
• LinkedIn Marketing and Management: Utilizing the power of LinkedIn, I developed and executed a targeted marketing strategy to promote the podcast and engage with the professional community. This involved creating engaging posts, managing the podcast's LinkedIn page, and fostering meaningful connections with industry leaders.
• Community Building: To cultivate a dedicated and engaged community around the podcast, I focused on community building initiatives. By fostering discussions, encouraging audience participation, and responding to comments and inquiries, I created a supportive and interactive community for listeners.
• Monthly Social Media Management: I was responsible for managing the podcast's social media presence across various platforms. This included developing a monthly social media calendar, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance to optimize audience reach and engagement.
• Client Communication: I maintained open and effective communication with guests, ensuring a smooth and seamless podcast experience. From initial outreach to scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics, I managed all client communications professionally and efficiently.
• Brand Gatekeeper: As the brand gatekeeper for the Leadership Matters Podcast, I ensured consistency and maintained the podcast's brand equity across all touchpoints. From visual branding elements to tone of voice, I safeguarded the podcast's image and reputation.
