Spiral Syllabus is the platform of Dr Karen Kirkness — a yoga practitioner, researcher, and PhD in medical sciences whose work is published in peer-reviewed journals and whose book is recommended by the author of Anatomy Trains. The platform had excellent content and real credibility. The problem was technical: a Desktop PageSpeed score of 67 and a Speed Index of 2.7 seconds.
