CLIENT BRIEF: Eagles Construction Custom Homes (ECCH) is a construction and framing company based in Colorado with 23 years of industry experience. They are family-owned and operated. ECCH's specialty is building luxury mountain homes and beautiful trusses.

PROJECT BRIEF: ECCH is working on expanding the business and increasing brand recognition in their area. Therefore, they embarked on a rebranding and company restructuring project.

DELIVERABLE: The project lasted for five months. During the project, we completed an audit of all their management/back-end processes as well as areas that lacked efficiency. We came up with various areas that needed to be restructured or become a part of the rebranding process.
