The Challenge
Nick came to me with an exciting idea: a Shopify app that helps merchants boost sales through smart, contextual post-purchase offers. The app was ready to launch — but the brand felt generic, lacking the personality and clarity needed to stand out in a competitive app marketplace.
The Approach
We started with a deep dive into strategy: who Postsell is, what sets it apart, and how we want users to feel when they interact with it. From there, we explored bold colour palettes, playful typography, and a modern, slightly techy tone of voice — while keeping the brand grounded in clarity and trust.
Moodboard B was the winner: modern, clean, and human-first.
The Outcome
The final identity is simple yet punchy. It balances Shopify-native familiarity with its own confident voice — helping Postsell stand out to both merchants and developers. The bold green, clean layouts, and cheeky tone make the brand feel fresh and trustworthy without being boring.
