Gabriel The Designer
Introduction:
Lynxight, a leader in AI-powered pool safety, needed a fresh design for their dashboard and smartwatch app—something user-friendly, intuitive, and capable of turning complex data into simple, actionable insights. I worked closely with their team to redesign their platform, making sure lifeguards and pool operators could easily access the information they need to keep pools safe.
Key Design Wins:
1. Real-Time Data at a Glance:
I focused on creating a dashboard that highlights key safety metrics—risk levels, swimmer counts, and alerts—using color-coded visuals. This allows lifeguards to instantly gauge pool conditions and respond quickly without having to dig through layers of data.
2. Easy Navigation, Deeper Insights:
The new dashboard lets users toggle between live monitoring and historical data seamlessly. Interactive charts provide an overview of swimmer activity and safety events, helping pool operators spot trends and make informed decisions on the fly.
3. Smartwatch Integration:
I designed a companion smartwatch app that syncs with the dashboard, enabling lifeguards to receive real-time notifications—like SOS alerts or overcrowding warnings—while on the move. The interface is clean and simple, ensuring that crucial information is always just a glance away.
4. Future-Proof Design:
To accommodate Lynxight’s growing needs, the design is scalable and adaptable. Whether it’s one pool or multiple facilities, the dashboard and app are built to handle different setups and expand as new features roll out.
With the redesigned Lynxight dashboard and smartwatch app, pool safety management has never been easier or more efficient. By focusing on usability, real-time insights, and scalability, we made sure the system works just as well today as it will for Lynxight’s future growth.
