About the Project:

This project involved providing comprehensive digital business management services for a B2B tech start-up, encompassing marketing and sales, compliance analysis, operations, project management, and administrative support.

My Role:

Marketing and Sales: Conducting market research, driving business development initiatives, analyzing potential clients and leads, generating leads, nurturing leads, coordinating sales calls, facilitating conversions, and managing the onboarding process for new clients.
Compliance Analysis: Crafting executive summaries and conducting risk exposure analyses concerning clients' compliance with China's Cyber Laws.
Project Management: Serving as a crucial link between the client's headquarters and local offices, ensuring smooth communication, coordinated resource management, meticulous documentation, and effective IT issue resolution. Leading projects such as IT audits, office relocations, software deployments, and mergers and acquisitions.
Administrative Support: Interfacing with local offices to ensure timely completion of licenses and government filings, conducting interviews, onboarding new team members, establishing and maintaining operational documents, managing government and labor department relations, overseeing branch setup, and executing day-to-day administrative tasks.

Results:

Market Expansion: Led market research and business development initiatives that drove the company's expansion from 3 to 18 branches globally, including strategic growth in Asia Pacific, Dubai, Europe, and the US.
Sales Growth: Increased sales by effectively analyzing potential clients, generating leads, nurturing leads, and coordinating sales calls.
Compliance Assurance: Provided valuable insights and guidance to clients regarding compliance with China's Cyber Laws, mitigating potential risks.
Project Success: Successfully managed various projects, including IT audits, office relocations, software deployments, and mergers and acquisitions, ensuring timely completion.
Operational Efficiency: Streamlined administrative processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient day-to-day operations across all branches.
