A life sciences consulting firm sought to enhance its LinkedIn presence for both personal and company profiles. The client faced challenges in maintaining consistent branding, increasing engagement, and generating leads. They needed a skilled partner to take ownership of content creation, engagement, and growth strategies while streamlining processes across LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns.

The Solution:

I stepped in as their digital marketing specialist to:
Develop Engaging Content: Drafted and published high-quality posts, articles, videos, and carousels across the client’s personal and company LinkedIn profiles.
Implement Branding Consistency: Created a comprehensive brand kit and content pillar strategy to ensure consistent, professional branding across all profiles and pages.
Optimize LinkedIn Performance: Updated profiles to align with LinkedIn algorithm best practices to improve organic visibility and reach.
Streamline Content Planning: Designed and executed content calendars for LinkedIn and email campaigns, ensuring consistent delivery and strategic alignment.
Enhance Engagement and Outreach: Actively engaged with connections, sent personalized outreach messages, and managed responses to foster relationships and generate leads.
Leverage Tools for Efficiency: Set up automation in Zoho Campaigns to streamline email marketing and integrated LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted outreach.

The Results:

Increased Engagement: Boosted engagement rates to 6.5% on the personal profile, 35% on the company page, and 19.37% on the showcase page.
Significant Audience Growth: Grew LinkedIn connections by nearly 1,000 in six months, reaching 11,300+ connections and 11,000+ followers.
Lead Generation: Generated warm and hot leads through strategic engagement, outreach, and content creation, handing over high-value leads to the sales team.
Improved Newsletter Performance: Increased newsletter subscriptions and optimized open rates through targeted campaigns.
Streamlined Processes: Implemented content calendars and automated workflows to improve efficiency and alignment.
