About the Project:

This project involves managing and growing the social media presence of a personal profile and two company pages on LinkedIn. The goal is to leverage LinkedIn's platform and Zoho Campaigns to build relationships, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.

My Role:

As a Social Media Strategist, I was responsible for:

Content Development: Drafting and publishing engaging content for both personal and company LinkedIn profiles, including posts, articles, videos, and carousels.

Brand Kit and Guidelines: Generated a comprehensive brand kit and guidelines to ensure consistent and professional branding across all LinkedIn profiles and pages.

Content Pillar Development: Created a comprehensive content pillar strategy to guide content creation and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Content Calendar Creation: Developed a content calendar for article writers to track progress and ensure consistent content delivery.

Social Media Policy Update and Training: Assisted in updating the client's social media policy and provided training to their team to ensure compliance and best practices.

Content Calendar for LinkedIn and Email Marketing: Created a comprehensive content calendar for LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns to streamline content planning and execution.

Landing Page Design: Designed high-converting landing pages to capture leads for newsletter subscribers and webinar attendees.

Zoho Campaigns Automation: Set up the initial automation in Zoho Campaigns to streamline email marketing efforts.

LinkedIn Algorithm Optimization: Optimized the personal profile and company pages according to the updated LinkedIn Algorithm rules to improve visibility and reach.

LinkedIn Group Rebranding: Successfully rebranded three regional LinkedIn groups managed by the client, increasing engagement and member growth.

Engagement: Actively engaging with connections to foster professional relationships and interactions.

Outreach: Sending personalized outreach messages and managing responses to cultivate new connections and opportunities.

Newsletter Management: Overseeing the creation and distribution of newsletters, ensuring content is shared across relevant platforms promptly.

Sales Navigator Utilization: Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to execute targeted outreach strategies effectively, enhancing visibility and engagement.

Results:

Increased Engagement and Visibility: Successfully increased engagement and visibility on the personal LinkedIn profile to 8.07%, the company page to 17.88% and the showcase page to 51.36%

Enhanced Brand Awareness: Increased brand awareness through consistent and quality content creation and engagement.

Increased Newsletter Subscribers and Performance: Increased subscriptions on LinkedIn and e-Newsletter. Monitored and improved the performance of the newsletter open rate.

Streamlined Content Planning: Implemented content calendars for article writers, LinkedIn, and email marketing to improve efficiency and content alignment.

Improved Algorithm Performance: Optimized profiles and pages according to the latest LinkedIn algorithm, resulting in increased visibility and organic reach.
