My Role:

As a Project Manager and Marketing Strategist, I was responsible for:
Project Planning: Creating a detailed project timeline outlining all the necessary steps for launching the business, including legal requirements, financial considerations, operational setup, and marketing activities.
Client Discovery & Competitor Analysis: Conducting thorough client discovery sessions to understand their vision, goals, and target market. Additionally, I analyzed the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and develop a differentiated positioning for the firm.
Cost Estimation: Compiling quotations from various vendors for essential services such as legal assistance, accounting, website development, and marketing tools.
Market Research & Keyword Analysis: Conducting in-depth market research to identify the firm's target audience, their needs, and the most effective channels to reach them. I also conducted keyword research to optimize the firm's website and marketing materials for search engine visibility.
Branding & Marketing Strategy: Developing a comprehensive branding strategy that included logo design, brand kit and guidelines, and a website with a clear and compelling message. I also created a marketing plan outlining the tactics and channels to be used for lead generation and customer acquisition.

Business Bank Account Setup: Prepared the necessary documentation and requirements for opening a business bank account, streamlining the financial setup process.
