This project involved creating and managing an Instagram page to provide accessible information about mental health for citizens and residents of Macao. The page aims to address the lack of resources and reduce stigma within the community.

It is managed by individuals who are passionate about mental health awareness.

As a Social Media Strategist, I was responsible for:

Brand Development: Creating a comprehensive brand kit and guidelines to ensure consistent and professional branding across the Instagram page.

Content Strategy: Developing a content schedule and pillars to guide content creation and ensure alignment with the page's goals.

Content Creation: Writing and designing engaging and informative content, including static posts, Reels, Stories, and videos.

Community Building: Following local accounts and interacting with users to increase page reach and visibility.

Reduced Stigma: Providing information and dispelling common myths and misconceptions about mental health, leading to a more informed and understanding community.

Encouraged Help-Seeking: The page encourages individuals to seek help for mental health concerns by providing resources and information about available support services, directly contributing to increased help-seeking behavior.
