I designed Today™, a mobile wallet enabling same-day payouts for earnings and gratuities in the hospitality, personal care, and delivery sectors, ensuring a secure and seamless experience for employers, administrators, and employees.

The challenge was to create a solution that addressed the delay and complexity in payout processes, which often led to dissatisfaction among workers who needed immediate access to their earnings.

As a Product Design Consultant, I utilized skills such as UX/UI design, Figma, and Design Thinking to create a prototype that emphasized ease of use and security. I developed a cohesive design system and conducted user testing to refine the app's functionality.

The project achieved a 60% adoption rate in its first quarter, a 90% customer satisfaction rate, and facilitated $2.5 million in transaction volume within the first six months, significantly improving the payout process for users.
