Successfully designed and executed a strategic email sequence for Maximo, the neobank. The sequence was to significantly increase the download rate of the application and drive the opening of numerous digital accounts.

STRATEGY

Bancolombia - Email Sequence Credit Card

CHALLENGE

Improve the opening rate of Bancolombia's promotional e-mails related to credit cards, capturing the attention of recipients and generating greater interest in the associated offers and benefits.

STRATEGY

We launched a campaign structured under archetypes and usage occasions. Structured under three moments: activation, use, and repurchase using the cards under the Mastercard franchise.
