EDA on sales dataset

My dynamic Excel dashboard, showcasing comprehensive sales data analysis from across the world. 🌍

In this project, I worked with a dataset containing a staggering 51,290 rows of data and 21 columns. This dataset provides insights into product sales on a global scale. By conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA), I gained valuable insights to create a powerful and visually appealing dashboard.

The centerpiece of my dashboard is a pivot table that offers a comprehensive overview of the sales data. It showcases the total sales and profit generated over the months, providing a clear understanding of the revenue trends. Additionally, I analyzed the top ten cities in terms of quantity sales and identified the top 15 products based on quantity sold.

The dashboard also includes key metrics such as total sales, total profit, and total shipment cost, enabling a holistic view of the business's performance. To enhance user experience, I incorporated interactive filters for months, shipment mode, and product categories, allowing users to customize the displayed data according to their preferences.

By leveraging the power of Excel's dynamic features, I have created an intuitive and user-friendly dashboard that enables stakeholders to gain actionable insights quickly and efficiently.
