Tracklio is a UK-based mobility solution that empowers motorists and businesses to stay in control of their vehicles by automatically tracking parking tickets (PCNs), sending real-time MOT and notification reminders, and simplifying payments and appeals. For fleet owners, Tracklio also provides multi-vehicle management with subscription-based plans.
As the UI/UX designer, I led the end-to-end design process — starting from branding and visual identity (logo, color system, typography, and overall design language) to the mobile app for drivers and the admin web app for system managers.
On the mobile side, I designed intuitive flows for onboarding, ticket management, vehicle tracking, subscription upgrades, and value-added features like a car park finder and MOT reminders. On the admin side, I created a dashboard with analytics, user & vehicle management, subscription control, and ad campaign monitoring for businesses.
This work unified Tracklio’s brand presence with a clean, professional, and trustworthy aesthetic while addressing real user pain points: missed fines, poor vehicle visibility, and complex multi-vehicle management. The result was a consistent, scalable design system across both apps that tells a strong story of reliability and control for UK motorists.
