When Kartik first approached me, he was offering free websites upfront—hoping clients would pay later to retain them. If they didn’t, he’d take the site down.

Removed friction between intent → conversation → conversion
Shifted from chasing leads to managing demand
5. Founder Coaching Using FyndFlow Methodology
This wasn’t just business consulting. I worked deeply on mindset, communication, and leadership.
Helped Kartik redesign his identity from freelancer → founder
Coached him on lifestyle design for creative focus
Introduced frameworks for better team delegation, client management, and emotional resilience
