Logit – Turning a Logistics Startup Into a Clean, Modern Brand
The Challenge
Logit was an early-stage logistics startup solving for shipment tracking and vendor coordination in a messy, fragmented industry. They had the tech foundation, but lacked a cohesive brand, product clarity, or visual direction. The goal was to craft a memorable name, modern brand identity, and a functional digital presence that didn’t feel corporate or outdated.
My Role & Execution
1. Brand Naming & Positioning
Coined the name Logit — simple, tech-forward, and rooted in “logistics + logic.”
Crafted the positioning around speed, simplicity, and reliability — targeting SMEs, retailers, and fleet managers.
Developed a one-liner and value stack that translated well across platforms.
2. Brand Identity & Visual System
Designed a clean, geometric logo with motion-inspired elements reflecting tracking and flow.
Selected a bold yet minimal color palette — blues and grays — to balance tech trust and industry seriousness.
Delivered identity guidelines covering logo usage, type systems, icons, and screen adaptations.
3. WordPress Website Design & Development
Designed and built a responsive WordPress site with clear UX flow — Problem → Solution → Features → Demo → CTA.
Wrote crisp, benefit-led copy for landing pages, feature explanations, and CTAs.
Optimized site performance for mobile users and fast navigation.
4. App Interface & UX Design
Collaborated on the core UI for the shipment tracking dashboard, vendor status updates, and notification system.
Focused on clean layouts, minimal taps, and high visibility for real-time data.
Designed screen flows for both admin and delivery-side users.
5. Content & Messaging
Created product walkthrough copy, help docs, onboarding screens, and explainer visuals.
Developed the tone of voice: clear, calm, reliable — without over-promising tech hype.
Wrote demo scripts and intro pitch templates for early sales outreach.
Outcomes & Results
The Logit brand stood out immediately in pitch decks and demos — clean, credible, and easy to remember.
Website helped convert early inbound interest into pilot requests.
The app UX enabled smoother internal testing and early adoption with fleet partners.
The brand became usable across investor decks, sales one-pagers, and team onboarding.
Logit is a textbook example of how startup energy meets executional clarity.
From naming to UI, every element was designed to reduce confusion and increase trust — exactly what a logistics startup needs to scale.
