Project Overview:

PTSD France aims to inform and train professionals to better support children and individuals suffering from psychological distress following traumatic events. The CAPSULE program offers scientifically validated assessment and personalized support for children, guiding them at their own pace in a caring and secure environment. 
The client needed a landing page to clearly explain their approach and reach two distinct audiences: healthcare professionals (to refer patients or collaborate with the team) and institutions (for partnerships or support).

Design Highlights:

Soft, Reassuring Visual Language - Clean design with pastel tones to inspire gentleness and reassurance without dramatizing. The aesthetic evokes a child's world while maintaining professional credibility, avoiding overly childish elements.
Custom Dog Mascot - Original mascot designed to represent the psycho-social support of the CAPSULE program, adding a caring and lighthearted touch that resonates with both children and professionals.
Engaging Scroll Animations - Modern interactions including sticky cards that stack on scroll and animated elements throughout the page, creating a captivating and dynamic experience.
Audience-Specific Contact Form - Strategic form design with audience segmentation (healthcare professionals: refer a patient or collaborate? Institutions: partnership or support?) and dropdown selection ("Who are you?") to make users feel directly addressed and involved.
Persistent CTA - Visible call-to-action throughout the page ensuring conversion opportunities at every stage of the user journey.

Challenges:

Balancing Medical Credibility with Approachability - The design needed to navigate between medical/scientific rigor and child-centered sensitivity. The client wanted the page to feel light, non-dramatic, gentle, and subtly humorous, challenging the typical serious tone of healthcare communications.
Multi-Audience Communication - Addressing two distinct professional audiences on a single page required careful UX strategy. The language needed to remain accessible for non-specialized healthcare professionals while maintaining professional credibility for institutional partners.
