Project Overview
SKD Real Estate needed a modern, high-end website to showcase their properties and offer a unified platform for buyers, sellers, and renters. While their listings were available on third-party portals like Zillow and exprealty, they lacked a dedicated digital presence to represent their brand, capture inquiries, and market their portfolio effectively.
With no existing website, I designed and developed a fully custom real estate platform from scratch, combining premium aesthetics with robust CMS architecture and an advanced filtering system.
Goals
The objectives of this project were to:
Present luxury properties through a clean, image-first design
Build a scalable CMS for property management
Create an advanced property filtering system for buyers
Offer clear paths for buying, selling, and renting
Establish a premium online identity to build trust
Our Design Approach
The website was crafted to feel premium, visual, and trustworthy, with a minimalist layout, strong imagery, and smooth transitions. Motion was used sparingly to enhance the experience without distracting from the property content.

The homepage was designed to create a strong first impression—highlighting featured properties, showcasing key services, and introducing SKD Real Estate’s communities, team, and values through a simple, elegant flow. The result is a visually rich yet minimal experience that builds trust from the very first scroll.

Key Experience & Interaction Highlights
Image-Heavy Property Cards (Luxury-First Browsing): Rather than using cramped or text-heavy cards, the site features large image-focused cards that immediately draw attention and reinforce the premium nature of the listings.

Scrollable Featured Properties Carousel: A clean, horizontally scrollable carousel allows visitors to browse high-value listings smoothly and intuitively.

Interactive Service Cards: Custom-designed service cards for Buy, Sell, Rent, and Maintenance, enhanced with smooth hover interactions that add character and visual engagement to an otherwise minimal layout.

To support long-term scalability and effortless content updates, I built a structured CMS system paired with a powerful filtering engine.

This setup allows SKD Real Estate to easily manage listings, publish new content, and update featured properties—all without touching the design or code.
