Personal Brand Launch – Website Redesign

Client: AVA (Instagram Influencer & Entrepreneur, 500K+ followers)
Industry: Social Media / Personal Branding
Project Type: Website Redesign (Content-Rich, Conversion-Focused)

Project Overview

This was an independent concept redesign created for a high-profile Instagram creator and entrepreneur AVA with over 500K followers.
This design demonstrates how a website could better represent her expertise and improve conversions. Her original website did not reflect her expertise or brand authority—it had rookie design mistakes like misaligned text, poor color contrast, and information overload.
From a conversion standpoint, the site was also under-performing:
No highlighted plan in the pricing section
No dedicated “key problem” section to resonate with pain points
Excessive scroll on mobile due to stacked testimonials and social proof
Unclear visual hierarchy, which made it harder for potential clients to take action
Given her minimum ticket size of $2,000 per client, these flaws likely hurt conversions significantly.
Personal Brand Launch Original Website
My task was to redesign their website to better communicate their services, success stories, and conversion-driven offerings while maintaining a professional yet vibrant feel aligned with their social media expertise.

Goals

Improve Lead Generation: Make it easy for potential clients to understand the offer and book a call.
Showcase Credibility: Highlight success stories, testimonials, and before/after results.
Organize Content Effectively: Turn a content-heavy page into a seamless, scroll-friendly experience.
Reflect Brand Energy & Expertise: Ensure the design captures Ava’s personal brand, authority, and professional expertise, reinforcing her 500K+ follower credibility.
Use Engaging Visuals: Employ modern typography, clear hierarchy, and subtle animations to match her social media brand voice.

Our Redesign Approach

To solve these issues, I created a conversion-focused redesign with a clean, professional aesthetic that reflects AVA’s authority:
Improved Visual Hierarchy: Structured the page from hero → key problems → authority → case studies → pricing → CTA, making it easy for visitors to follow the story.

Added Key/Important Sections: Introduced a problem-addressing section to connect with her audience’s pain points authority-building section to showcase expertise, boosting trust and relevance.

Organized Social Proof: The original site had testimonials and case studies stacked without organization, causing information overload, lack of visual harmony, and extremely long scrolls—especially painful on mobile. I restructured these into grids and carousels, making the page scannable while preserving the depth and volume of social proof.

Projected Results

With a minimum ticket size of $2,000 per client and an estimated Net Revenue of ~$2M/year.
Estimated Revenue Impact with 15% Higher Conversions:
≈ $25,000 additional revenue per month
≈ $300,000 additional revenue per year
Even a modest 15% lift in conversions from this redesign could generate a significant monthly revenue increase for AVA’s high-ticket business.
