Project Overview:

Vocal Every Pal came to me with a website that didn’t reflect their energy, creativity, or the scale of their work. Their existing site was essentially a blog page—poor visual hierarchy, no illustrations, unclear services, and an overall experience that didn’t do justice to their strong clientele or brand personality.
The goal of this project was to completely reimagine their digital presence using a paper-inspired, pastel-colored aesthetic that aligned with their playful yet professional brand voice. I was responsible for the entire transformation—from UI design and graphic illustration to animation and full Framer development—while also migrating their WordPress blog into a structured CMS system.
The objective was to create a website that feels handcrafted, artistic, and consistent throughout, while remaining clear, approachable, and conversion-friendly.

Goals

The objectives of the project were to:
Completely redesign the old, non-functional website
Establish a unique paper-textured visual identity
Showcase services, process, and case studies clearly
Maintain aesthetic consistency across all sections
Build the site in Framer for smoother performance & easier management
Migrate all existing blogs from Wordpress into a Framer CMS
Blend creativity with clarity for a memorable brand experience

Our Design Approach

To bring the client’s vision to life, I crafted a paper-inspired design system grounded in textured background, washi-tape accents, hand-drawn illustrations, watercolor textures, and animated process graphics. Everything—from the layout to the visual metaphors—was built around a cohesive “creative notebook” identity.

1) A Dynamic, Story-Driven Hero Section

The hero section sets the tone instantly with a paper-textured background, animated line elements, and a captivating showreel showcasing the client’s best work. It highlights the core value proposition, key stats, and a visual montage of past projects.

2) Custom Illustrations & Animated Sections

Animated Services Section: The services section uses an animated 3×3 grid inspired by notebook rulings, with each service highlighted using pastel washi-tape labels that reinforce the paper theme.

Animated “Our Process” Cards: For this section, half-tone illustrations were crafted and animated in DaVinci Resolve to have a paper-unfold transition.

Hand-Drawn Illustrations: Instead of a standard photo, I turned the founder’s logo illustration into a sticker-style portrait with doodles and paper elements, giving the section a personal and artistic feel.

3) Case Studies: A Thoughtful Multi-Layout System

Desktop Experience: I designed a three-column layout that displays the work done, the challenges, and the strategy and outcomes side by side. Users can browse different niches—like fashion, luxury watches, and kidswear—using a simple tab navigation. This structure keeps the storytelling clear and gives each case study enough depth without clutter.

Mobile Experience: Since the 3-column layout wasn’t feasible on smaller screens, I redesigned the section into a simple carousel where users swipe through the work, challenges, strategy, and outcome as individual slides.
I also created half-tone illustration for the slides to support the mobile storytelling, ensuring the experience stays clear, engaging, and true to the paper-inspired theme.

4) Sticky Note Testimonials

To maintain thematic consistency, the testimonial section was designed using sticky-note graphics, making it feel like candid praise pinned onto a notebook page.

5) Full Framer Development & CMS Migration

I handled the complete development myself, including:
Rebuilding the entire website in Framer
Creating a CMS for all blog posts
Importing blog content from WordPress
Optimising animations and visuals for performance
Ensuring the theme stays consistent across all interactions
This made the website both aesthetic and easy to update for the client long-term.

The Final Look

Business Impact

Although measurable traffic is still scaling, the redesigned website has given Vocal Every Pal a distinct, memorable digital identity that finally reflects their creative strength. The site now:
Represents the brand’s personality authentically
Clearly communicates offerings, process, and work
Provides an engaging, immersive experience rooted in a cohesive theme
Is fully manageable through a structured CMS
A dynamic, handcrafted experience built for a creative agency with a powerful brand voice.
