Supported the Associate Directors (of Insights), Project Manager and Head of Insights with arranging schedules for case studies, generating and tracking invoices and proofing tasks. Managed team calendar and scheduled meetings; arranged travel itineraries for the Head of Insights. I was responsible for answering customer queries and filing invoices for report sales. I regularly used Excel to collate and input data to create data charts and edit pitch decks. I edited and proofread news articles for newsroom and created presentation decks for reporters.
I supported the Insights team with client advisory work and interview transcripts. I built data charts and created research packs, as well as made custom merchandising analyses for top fashion brands in the industry. I conducted qualitative analysis for Brand Magic Vol. 2 report and proofed it to ensure accuracy. I also assisted in booking venues for team events and gifting. I collected agenda items when Associate Director of Strategy is away; took rough meeting notes/minutes when necessary.
