To mark the 200-year anniversary of the university, I led the end-to-end strategy and execution for Midparty – 200 Years Edition: a high-energy event designed for cultural impact, commercial traction, and sponsor visibility.
This was more than a party—it was a full-scale activation campaign generating over €20,000 in direct and sponsor-backed value, combining digital rollout, physical presence, and brand partnerships. From ticket funnels to beer pong signage, every detail was branded, timed, and optimized.
What made it work: – A premium visual identity rooted in tradition and hype – Real-world POS ticket funnel combined with viral QR drops – Full SEO-optimized digital footprint across student networks – Red Bull and Nuremberg beer integration as co-branded assets – Bar signage, entry branding, ticket design and print control – End-to-end logistics and promotional rollout, built for scale

Role & Deliverables

– Branded and designed all visual touchpoints (posters, flyers, menus) – Structured and executed a hybrid digital-physical presale funnel – Built digital banners + SEO landing touchpoints for visibility – Directed brand partner integration (Red Bull, beer sponsors, etc.) – Created Apple Wallet ticket mockups for digital check-in – Managed timing, promo rollout, print coordination, and messaging
