After the success of the previous Semester Closing party, I was brought back to run an even larger campaign—this time scaling the presale to over 7,500€ through a sharpened rollout strategy.
I designed all visual assets, including posters, flyers, ticket layouts, and motion-friendly ad variants. We executed with a lean, channel-specific strategy: physical posters in high-footfall zones, WhatsApp blast campaigns, SEO-optimized listings, and Reels for Gen Z traction. I also oversaw sales coordination and team distribution materials.
This project proved the power of a repeatable, localized brand activation system that moves fast and sells out before the doors open.
