This is just a quick preview of a much larger project. Campus Insider is more than a booklet—it’s a fully integrated brand ecosystem built to connect advertisers, employers, and students across Germany's campuses through tactile print, mobile-first digital integration, and hyper-targeted local campaigns.
The vision: build localized demand for an eventual Campus Insider App by creating physical touchpoints (booklets) that feel real, interactive, and essential. We reverse-engineered demand by printing limited-edition campus guides, deploying NFC + QR integrations, and embedding Apple Wallet passes to track, notify, and convert interest into repeat visibility.
Every design, every page, every campaign you see here was executed under one roof—from strategy and cold outreach, to poster placement, Apple Wallet rollout, and advertiser closing.

Customer Acquisition Strategy: This wasn’t passive advertising. It was full-contact outbound sales and guerilla distribution:

Role & Deliverables: I ran the full stack of this campaign, personally:
– Cold call strategy, sales scripting, and advertiser pitching – Visual identity, booklet design, and print production – Poster and flyer campaigns for awareness and lead capture – Web design and CMS setup for digital directory of sponsors – Apple Wallet pass design and integration (iOS & Android compatible) – QR/NFC deployment and tracking per advertiser page – Custom video ads, landing pages, and outbound email templates – Cross-promotional co-branding with key partners (AOK, Cobra Club, etc.) – Fulfillment logistics (print pickup, street distribution, poster placement) – Campaign reporting, analytics, and client-facing performance dashboards

– Students scanned QR codes to save offers directly to their wallet – Notifications triggered by GPS location (near partner venues) – Apple Wallet pass downloads embedded via all print placements – Compatibility with Google Wallet for Android – Data-driven iteration through pass open rates, bounce rates, and offer redemptions – Designed to carry campaign momentum into the app pre-launch strategy

This preview showcases the modular structure of the Campus Insider Ecosystem—each theme designed to target a specific niche, trigger local relevance, and build trust between advertisers and students. From nightlife maps and dating columns to cultural highlights and lifestyle verticals, every edition is packed with branded editorial, QR-to-digital activations, and physical distribution drops.
