During my time with HRFcares.org, I was able to improve the overall user experience by orchestrating all aspects of the website’s security management, updating HTML, CSS, and JavaScript regularly, content management, and maintaining data integrity to ensure alignment with organizational strategy.

I was also able to successfully:

• Create, implement and launch various creative online promotional materials for HRF online fundraising campaign.
• Monitor software usage and provided seamless cloud-based workflow solutions and installed innovative client-facing features.
• Spreadhead automation initiatives, including installation and training on Azure software and Zapier!
• Remain well-informed on industry best practices for effective website management.
