Small-Business Website for a Florist Service

Project Overview

I led a full rebrand and website redesign for K&H Looming, an Estonian event florist whose brand had not been updated in over a decade. The project began with a complete visual identity overhaul, including a new logo, font system, and color palette. Inspired by timeless elegance and floral heritage, the new brand identity reflected both tradition and modern sophistication. Once the identity was established, I designed the site structure through wireframing and then developed the website in Webflow. The website emphasizes visual storytelling, showcasing floral design expertise across weddings, events, and business installations such as wall paintings and floral decorations. The result is a modern yet enduring digital presence that communicates quality and professionalism for years to come.

Client’s Goal

The client wanted to modernize their brand and digital presence to better reflect the scale and quality of their services. The key objectives were to communicate their expertise in event floristry—particularly weddings—while also highlighting their work with businesses. They needed a website that could attract higher-paying clients, clearly present their service range, and make it easy for potential leads to connect. Beyond a functional site, the goal was to build a brand identity that elevated their reputation and positioned them as a leader in Estonia’s event florist industry.

Challenges

The project required building a new brand from the ground up while ensuring continuity with the florist’s heritage. One challenge was creating a visual identity that balanced elegance with versatility—equally suitable for weddings, large events, and business clients. Another challenge was structuring the website to present the diverse range of services in a unified way, without overwhelming visitors. Finally, the brand had to be designed not only to resonate today but to remain timeless and relevant for years into the future.

Process

Discovery: Identified gaps in the old brand and clarified new business goals.
Brand Design: Developed a new logo, typography, and color palette rooted in timeless elegance.
Wireframing & Structure: Created a clear architecture to represent the full range of services.
UI Design: Applied the new brand style with a focus on visual storytelling and elegance.
Webflow Development: Built a responsive website with modern layouts and scalable structure.
Content & Imagery: Highlighted service areas with strong visuals to communicate expertise.
Testing & Refinement: Ensured usability across devices and a consistent user experience.

Project Outcome

The rebrand and new website successfully transformed K&H Looming’s digital identity, positioning them as a modern, premium florist. The new brand communicates professionalism and elegance, while the website clearly showcases their capabilities across both private and corporate projects. Potential clients now encounter a visually engaging platform that builds trust, reflects quality, and simplifies the decision to hire. With a timeless brand identity and a scalable, user-friendly website, K&H Looming is well-equipped to attract higher-paying clients and grow their business.
