What was needed? I was hired to develop an HR website tailored to the needs of employees, providing easy access to essential information and resources related to their employment. Requirements: the website to serve as a centralized hub a user-friendly interface easy access to critical details concerning their benefits, employment guidelines, company policies, and important links What I included: User-Friendly Interface: The website's design prioritized ease of use and navigation - ensuring a seamless experience for employees accessing the platform. Important Resources and Links: The content provided a curated list of essential resources, including company portals, HR forms, and links to relevant external websites. Company Policies and Procedures: created and listed all relevant company policies and procedures, including handbooks, travel policies, educational budget policies, etc. Benefits and Compensation: featured details about employee benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other relevant perks. Training and Development: added training opportunities, workshops, and resources aimed at enhancing employees' professional growth and skills. Benefits from this: By centralizing information, employees were able to access necessary details promptly, which led to reduced administrative inquiries and increased productivity. HR website now serves as an invaluable tool for enhancing employee satisfaction, improving HR efficiency, and reinforcing the organization's commitment to employee well-being and growth.
