BONOXS Loyalty Rewards Program Development

After the successful rebrand and expansion of BONOXS across LATAM, the company set out to launch its Loyalty Rewards Program — a system designed to give back to its community of gamers and digital shoppers. The goal was to strengthen user fidelity, boost retention, and celebrate engagement through an innovative Cashback experience.
At the heart of the program was BNX Cash, a digital currency exclusive to BONOXS users. This new feature rewarded purchases made on the platform and through partner offers with brands such as Riot Games, iFood, FreeFire, and Google. By turning everyday transactions into meaningful rewards, BONOXS reinforced its identity at the intersection of gaming, fintech, and community culture.

We developed a comprehensive visual and digital ecosystem around the program, merging UI/UX strategy, 3D design, and campaign assets into a unified experience. The visual identity expanded from BONOXS’s core look, introducing purple hues and vibrant greens over dark gradients to complement the brand’s signature yellow. This new palette injected contrast, vibrancy, and a renewed sense of energy while remaining true to the existing design language.
A key creative challenge was designing a visual world around Tío Bonoxs, a character created to embody the spirit of the program. As the face of the rewards system, Tío Bonoxs became the brand’s voice — announcing new promotions, partnerships, and limited offers through social media and in-app moments.
We also created an extensive range of assets, from the product logo to 3D coin and cash icons, and rendered animations that brought the program to life across web, app, and paid media channels. All 3D elements were modeled and animated in Blender, ensuring visual consistency and scalability.

Our process was rooted in community insight and data-driven design. We engaged BONOXS users and Discord members early on, using their feedback to shape key interface decisions and retention strategies.
Working in Figma, we designed a mobile-first interface that prioritized clarity and ease of navigation. The new UI highlighted cashback visibility, purchase history, and upcoming rewards while integrating direct calls to action for social engagement. Every touchpoint aimed to make the experience intuitive — easy to use, easy to spend, and easy to share.

This foundation set the stage for the evolution of the platform into BONOXS Loyalty, a full-scale ecosystem that could grow alongside its community.
The launch of the Rewards Program delivered immediate results. Within the first two weeks, BONOXS recorded a 36% increase in purchases and strong positive feedback from users across social media and Discord.

By combining visual innovation with user-centered design, the program transformed the way BONOXS interacted with its community. The introduction of BNX Cash turned engagement into tangible value, while Tío Bonoxs helped humanize the brand and amplify awareness. The system became a key driver of retention and advocacy — a scalable framework for rewarding loyalty and deepening BONOXS’s connection with its audience.
